Please note that our offices will be closed between 23rd December and 5th January, during this time orders will be accepted but not processed. We will then process all orders asap on our return.

Delivery

All goods will be delivered by courier and will arrive within 2-3 days. Postage and Packing will be payable as set out below:

If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of submitting your order or by the agreed delivery date confirmed in our acceptance (whichever is the latter), you may cancel the contract and we will refund any money paid by you.

Please note, some goods pictured on the website are supplied direct from Sweden. Whilst we endeavor to deliver all goods within the set time period, some items may take longer to arrive than the 30 days specified. We apologise for this inconvenience, should this situation arise we will contact you and give you the choice to cancel your agreement with us.

Payment Methods:

All payments must be made at the time of placing the order by Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron. You can also select the Cheque or Postal Order option, this method will allow your order to be submitted to our sales department. Please note that if you choose this method, the goods will not be dispatched until the printed order form and relevant method of payment has been received and processed.

If we are unable to accept your order for any reason then we will, at our option, either not debit your credit card or refund any money paid by you in respect of that order. We will not dispatch the goods until we receive payment in full.
